Today, the 4th of June, 2025, Bangladesh is going to face Bhutan in a friendly match at the historic Dhaka stadium.

For example, all tickets for the Bangladesh-Singapore match on the 10th of this month sold out. And we may expect a similar enthusiasm in the Bangladesh and Bhutan match.

Bhutan is a very small, landlocked country in South Asia, within the Eastern Himalaya, and the landscape is heavily influenced by the Himalayas. Which shaped its culture, environment, and development, making it a unique and remote kingdom. Bhutan currently ranks 185th. Is Football Federation is grooming and training the young players. Among the notable milestones for Bhutan football is, back in 2015, in the World Cup qualifiers match, defeating Sri Lanka 1-0. But Bhutan football also made news when Kuwait scored 20 goals against them in 2000.
